We had the participation of Mexico’s General Consul at San Francisco, Dr. Gemi Jose Gonzalez Lopez, who made an emphasis about the priority that IT has within the state of Jalisco, as well as, pointing out the major role of Jalisco’s Governor, Aristoteles Sandoval, in his annual visit to thank the businessmen of the Bay Area who currently have offices in Jalisco, creating a great deal of value in Jalisco.
For this event, a panel was put together where companies such as Wizeline and iTexico discussed about the advantages, benefits and expectations of the IT environment located in Guadalajara, looking to appeal to companies in IT to be part of this dynamic, that gets stronger on a daily basis in Mexico.
In his own words from Guillermo Ortega, iTexico CEO “Great Event! we need to continue spreading the word about the way that Jalisco and Guadalajara can help to support companies from the USA to bring to reality their ideas and make his business grow. It is all about collaboration, talent, marketing time, convenient travel distance, cultural alignment and many other benefits of Nearshore model that ONLY can be possible from Mexico” (source LinkedIn)
